New Client Setup
This setup article is for Hypertrofit Custom Training & Nutrition Coaching Clients.
TestFlight Download
1. Check your email for an email from TestFlight – this is Apple’s beta testing platform, which will allow you to access the Macro Chief app without paying the subscription fee
2. Download the TestFlight App
3. Enter the code listed in your email

Create Your Macro Chief Account
4. Log into Macro Chief with your Apple ID
5. Input your current information on each screen in the onboarding section
6. On the Check-in Day screen, select Friday (this will keep the app updates in alignment with our weekly email check-ins). If you missed this, steps 6 and 7 can be done via the Account tab, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the “Check-In Day” tile.
7. Toggle on Email Check-In Exports, enter your name (so I know who the check-in is from) and enter my email address: [email protected] – now whenever you check-in the app will automatically email me the report from the previous week.

8. Verify your details are correct and build your program

9. From the Dashboard navigate to the tile that says “Week Plan” and tap it

11. I’ll let you know if we need to adjust any of the numbers and where to go from here. Start logging your meals in the app every day and weigh in as often as possible (at least 3x per week) so we can get good average weights each week
